Description:

Even though it has been superseded by several Windows editions, XP continues to be one of the most popular operating systems ever released by Microsoft. Furthermore, there are numerous XP users who like to regularly revamp the look of their computer and are in continuous search for dedicated applications. In this context, LClock can come in handy as it beautifies the look of the system tray clock, while leaving plenty of room for personalization.

Although it runs on newer OSes as well (such as Windows 7), LClock was especially developed for Windows XP users to help them add a touch of style to their computers, regardless of the theme they are running it integrates within the taskbar without any issue, so it looks nice no matter the background color.

Furthermore, as already mentioned, the application comes with customization options, so it is possible to change the color used for the clock text, whenever users want to make it stand out and be more visible. The text size can also be adjusted, along with the shadow color and style.

Those who want to obtain a dramatic make-over of their system tray clock can even modify its location within the taskbar by adjusting the spacing, offset and position until they are satisfied with the result.

Another function of LClock is its calendar clicking the systray icon displays a basic calendar that can be used to easily navigate back and forth to the day one needs. Also, this calendar can also be used as an event reminder with users having the chance to specify the tasks frequency, the exact event time and a brief description.

To sum it up, LClock can be precisely the utility most users require when they want to personalize their Windows XP while still enjoying the functionality of a clock and a calendar within the same package.
LClock is a simple application that can be used to replace the standard clock integrated within your Windows PC.

LClock also comes with a simple but configurable popup calendar that opens when the systray clock is clicked.

No more double clicking on the clock just to view the calendar in the "Date and Time Properties" dialog box.
